Event Space Information:

18th Century Ballroom

  • Our 18th century Ballroom is located upstairs and boasts a private cocktail area, private bathrooms and an optional private VIP room.
  • Our 18th century ballroom can seat up to 100 guests in a formal seating arrangement *theater style & cocktail style can accommodate larger groups.
  • Due to the historical nature of our venue the upstairs location is not handicap accessible, we have an additional event space downstairs that is ADA Compliant.
  • Our 18th Century Ballroom, private event space requires a $250 room-rental fee.
  • Audio & AV equipment, signage, event props & corporate gifts available upon request.

The Board Room Lounge

  • Our board room is a cozy space, in a private setting on the second floor and seats up to 16 guests. This intimate setting is perfect for small meetings, wedding showers, fantasy football drafts, card games and any other affair you can think of.
  • Due to our historical setting the second floor is not handicap accessible.
  • The Board room has a $50 room rental fee.

The Garden Bar & Patio

  • Our Garden Bar & patio options boast a semi private setting with access to our private patio. This space is great for corporate mixers, happy hours, sales seminars, lunch & learns, wedding receptions and just about anything you can dream of!
  • This space can be rented along with our “White Room Space” that boasts a drop down screen, audio &  AV equipment for all of  your corporate meeting needs.
  • This event space is ADA Compliant and comes with a private restroom.

The White Room

  • Our white room is a semi private event space located on the first floor of our venue.
  • The White room boasts built in screen, audio and AV equipment and can be rented in conjunction with the private Garden Bar area.
  • The White Room is ADA Compliant.

The Brown Room

  • Our Brown room is a semi private event space located on the first floor of our venue.
  • The Brown room boasts of a cozy atmosphere shielded with a wall of glass and a private buffet. The Brown room can be rented in conjunction with the private Garden Bar area.
  • The Brown room is a perfect space to  hold a reception, luncheon or private dinner of any kind.
  • The Brown Room is ADA Compliant.


  • A 50 percent deposit will hold your function’s date. The deposit is non-refundable.
  • The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your special event.


Buffet or Formal Seated Dinner



By consumption, per drink, to include 9% tax & 23% gratuity.


Cash paid as each cocktail is served, subject to a bartender fee of $150.
